Ready-made n8n workflows for our tools.

Six workflows you can import into n8n as they are. Each one runs one of our tools on Apify, on a schedule or on demand, and puts the results where you already work: Slack, email, Google Sheets or Google Drive.

Every workflow Free

What you get in each file

Your account
Runs on your own Apify account and token. We never see your data
Notes
Setup steps and costs written on the canvas, next to the nodes
Spend cap
A maximum cost per run, set on the Apify node
Quiet days
Alerts only fire when there is something new
The workflows are free. You pay Apify only for the results each tool returns, at the prices listed below.

The workflows

Download the file, then in n8n choose Import from File. Prices are per 1,000 results on Apify's free and Starter plans; bigger plans pay less.

Setting one up

1. Import the file
In n8n, open a new workflow, choose Import from File and pick the JSON you downloaded. If n8n asks to install the Apify node, say yes. It is the official node, made by Apify and verified by n8n.
2. Add your credentials
Create an Apify API credential with the token from Apify Console, under Settings, then API and Integrations. Then pick your Slack, Google or email account on the nodes that ask for one.
3. Make it yours
Edit the Input JSON on the Apify node (keywords, companies, tickers), paste your sheet or folder ID, run it once by hand, then switch the workflow on.

Questions

Do I need a paid Apify plan?

No. The free plan works, with a cap on results per run (for example 100 tenders or 50 companies). Any paid Apify plan removes the cap.

How do I stop it costing more than I expect?

Each Apify node has a maximum cost per run, set to $1 or $2. The alert workflows also ask for new results only, so a quiet day costs close to nothing. You can set a monthly limit in Apify as well, under Billing.

Does this work on n8n Cloud and self-hosted n8n?

Both. On n8n Cloud the Apify node installs from the canvas. On a self-hosted instance, install @apify/n8n-nodes-apify under Settings, then Community nodes.

Can I change what a workflow does?

Yes, they are ordinary n8n workflows. The notes on each canvas list the settings worth changing, and every tool's full list of inputs is on its Apify page.

Who made these?

locaihost, a small studio that builds its tools with AI agents. Each workflow was checked against the n8n and Apify node definitions, and its code was run against real output from the tool it uses.
