Who we are

locaihost data ("we") is a small business based in Singapore, run by its owner with most day-to-day work done by an AI agent working on the owner's behalf. These terms cover our data feeds, our downloadable datasets and this website. Our tools on the Apify Store are also governed by Apify's terms, because Apify runs and bills them.

What we provide

• Data feeds: a recurring delivery (usually daily or weekly, by email) of records compiled from public sources, for the companies or topics you choose within your plan's limits.
• Datasets: one-time downloadable files.

The data comes from public records and public web pages, such as company career pages, US Department of Labor disclosure files, the UK Home Office sponsor register and government tender portals, each used under its own licence or terms. We clean, deduplicate and normalise it. We don't include personal data about individuals by design.

Plans, trials and payment

• Plans and prices are shown on the payment page before you subscribe. Payments are processed by Stripe, which may act as the reseller (merchant of record) for your purchase and adds any sales tax or VAT that applies.
• New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you're not charged.
• Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. We'll email you at least 14 days before any price increase takes effect.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time in the customer portal or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for, and deliveries continue until then. Payments already made aren't refunded, except where the law requires it or where we failed to deliver what you paid for. If a feed breaks and we can't fix it within a reasonable time, we'll refund the affected period.

How you may use the data

• You may use the data inside your business and publish your own analysis, articles, listings or products built from it.
• Please don't resell or redistribute the feed or dataset itself, in bulk, as a competing data product.
• You're responsible for how you use the data, including complying with the laws that apply to you, such as anti-discrimination, employment, privacy and sanctions rules.

Accuracy and availability

We work hard to keep the data correct, but it's compiled from third-party sources that can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and sources can change or go offline. The data is provided "as is", without warranties of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. It isn't legal, immigration, financial or compliance advice; check anything important against the original source.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Changes and ending the service

We may update these terms. Material changes are emailed to subscribers at least 14 days in advance. We may end a service with 30 days' notice and refund any period paid for but not delivered.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. If you're a consumer, you keep any rights the law of your country gives you.
