Jobs at employers that actually sponsor visas, proven by their filings.

Job ads rarely say whether a company sponsors, and many that do never mention it. Government filings say it for them. Every job here is matched to its employer's US H-1B filing record and UK sponsor licence, with the closest job title they've filed and the wage they filed for it.

Evidence, not guesses

Government filings
US Department of Labor H-1B and PERM disclosure files (public domain) and the UK Home Office register of licensed sponsors.
Brands mapped to legal names
Companies file under legal names: Meta as Meta Platforms, Inc.; PwC as PricewaterhouseCoopers. Big brands are mapped, so a brand search doesn't miss its own filings.
Careful wording
When nothing is found we say "no filings found under this name", never "doesn't sponsor". A company can file under a name we haven't mapped.
Only what's new
Each weekly list contains only jobs that weren't in the last one, so you never review the same posting twice.

Questions

Is an H-1B LCA an approved visa?

No. A certified Labor Condition Application is the first step of an H-1B, filed by the employer with the US Department of Labor. It's strong evidence an employer sponsors that kind of role, not an approval or a promise.

Why does a well-known company show no filings?

Companies file under legal names that often differ from their brand. Big brands are mapped to their legal entities; when nothing is found we say "no filings found under this name", never that a company doesn't sponsor.

Where do the jobs come from?

LinkedIn's public job pages, read the way any visitor sees them, without an account. Recruiter and hiring-team cards are removed, and so are email addresses and phone numbers typed into job ads. The list is about jobs and employers, not people.

How fresh is the filing data?

The Department of Labor publishes its disclosure files quarterly; we refresh with each release. The UK register snapshot is refreshed with each data update (current copy: 12 October 2026). The current fiscal year is partial until it ends.
