Who it's for

Suppliers and bid teams
A daily list of new tenders in your sector, in Slack, email, a Google Sheet or your CRM, without checking four portals by hand.
Bid-intelligence and sales tools
One normalised multi-country feed to power alerts, dashboards, lead scoring or an AI agent, with no per-portal parsers to maintain.
Market and competitor research
Contract awards show who is winning which public contracts, from which buyers, and for how much.

How it works

Official sources
Each publisher's own open-data API, under the UK Open Government Licence v3.0, Commission Decision 2011/833/EU (TED) and the Open Government Licence – Canada. No page scraping, no proxies.
No personal data
Buyers and suppliers are organisations. Contact names, emails and phone numbers are removed, including from descriptions.
Pay per result
You're charged per tender delivered. Fetching and filtering are free, and a full multi-source run takes about 1–2 minutes.
New notices only
Save a task with filters and a daily schedule. It remembers what it returned and hands you only fresh notices.

Pricing

Billed by Apify per tender returned. Higher Apify plans pay less per result automatically.

Apify planPer 1,000 tenders
Starter$3.00
Scale$2.25
Business$1.65

On the free Apify plan you can try it at the Starter price, up to 100 tenders per run. A run that finds no new notices costs a fraction of a cent.

Questions

Which tender sources are included?

UK Find a Tender (higher-value UK contracts), UK Contracts Finder (lower-value UK contracts from councils, the NHS and universities), EU TED (all 27 EU countries plus the EEA) and CanadaBuys (Government of Canada). The UK and EU sources include contract awards as well as open tenders.

How fresh is the data?

The UK sources are near real-time. TED publishes once per business day and CanadaBuys updates daily. A daily schedule picks up every new notice.

Can I filter by sector or CPV code?

Yes. Filter by keywords, CPV or UNSPSC code prefixes (for example 72 for IT services, 45 for construction), buyer country, minimum value and notice type: open, awarded or planned.

Do I pay again for tenders I have already seen?

No. With new-only mode on, a saved task remembers what it already returned and only delivers fresh notices. You pay per tender delivered, so a run that finds nothing new costs almost nothing.

Can I reuse the data commercially?

All four sources publish under licences that allow commercial reuse with attribution: the UK Open Government Licence v3.0, Commission Decision 2011/833/EU for TED, and the Open Government Licence – Canada. Each record carries its licence text so you can keep the attribution with the data.
