Who it's for
- Investors and analysts
- Build a quarterly revenue and margin history, screen for insider buying, or track earnings 8-Ks across a watchlist, in a spreadsheet instead of clicking through EDGAR.
- Fintech and data builders
- A dependable fundamentals, filings and insider feed for dashboards, screeners, newsletters and backtests, without a market-data licence.
- Compliance, IR and newsrooms
- Daily alerts for new 8-Ks (officer departures, material agreements, results) or insider sales at the companies you cover.
How it works
- Official sources
- The SEC's own EDGAR APIs and Form 4 XML. Public-domain US government data, requested within the SEC's fair-access limits. No page scraping.
- No personal data
- Insider trades are recorded by role (director, officer, 10% owner) and transaction. Individual insiders are never named.
- Pay per result
- One record is one fundamentals period, one filing or one insider transaction. Looking up companies is free.
- New records only
- Save a task and schedule it. New-only mode skips what it already returned, so a quiet day costs almost nothing. Restated periods come back.
Pricing
Billed by Apify per result. Higher Apify plans pay less per result automatically.
| Apify plan | Per 1,000 records |
|---|---|
| Starter | $2.00 |
| Scale | $1.50 |
| Business | $1.10 |
On the free Apify plan you can try it at the Starter price, up to 100 records per run. Any paid plan removes the cap.

Questions
Which companies are covered?
Any company that files with the SEC. Enter a US ticker (AAPL, BRK.B), a CIK number (320193) or a company name. Up to 500 companies per run; full fundamentals history goes back to about 2009.
How is fiscal Q4 handled when there is no Q4 10-Q?
With Derive fiscal Q4 on, Q4 revenue, income and cash flow are computed as the full year minus the first nine months. Q4 EPS is left empty because EPS does not add up across quarters. Derived figures are listed in derivedMetrics.
What do 8-K records include?
Form type, filing and report dates, the 8-K item numbers with plain-English labels (for example 5.02, departure or election of directors or officers), and links to the document and the filing index.
Are insiders named in the trade records?
No. Each Form 4 transaction carries the insider's role (director, officer with title, 10% owner), the transaction code, shares, price, value, holdings after and the 10b5-1 plan flag. Personal names are not included.
How do I get only new filings each day?
Save your companies and modes as a task and add a daily schedule. With new-only mode on, each run returns only filings, trades and periods it has not returned before, and you pay only for those.
Put a watchlist's filings on a schedule.
Paste your tickers, pick fundamentals, filings or insider trades, and add a daily schedule. New 8-Ks and Form 4s arrive as clean rows.
